All credit card payments are charged in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) at the prevailing Dirham to Euros exchange rate.

In order to preserve the peace and tranquillity of Riad Tzarra we do not normally accept bookings for children under the age of 12 unless they are in a group that occupies the whole house.

Bookings
30 % deposit required at time of reservation.
50% non refundable deposit required for whole riad bookings at time of reservation.
Deposits may be paid by Mastercard, Visa or Bank Transfer.
The balance of the accommodation is payable at the end of your stay and can be paid for in cash (Euros or Dirhams) or by credit card. If you choose to pay the balance by credit card there is a 5% surcharge. All extras should be paid for in cash (Euros or Dirhams) before you leave Riad Tzarra.
Rooms are normally available from 14:00. Guests are requested to check-out before Midday.

Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival – deposit refunded
10 – 30 days before arrival – deposit not refunded
Less than 10 days before arrival – 100 % of total price charged
